REMEMBER! To take 2 Oranges and go every friend houses you know or relatives houses you know and collect Ang pao/Red Packets from them that the main motive from Chinese New Year.

Ok it's was just a joke. Seriously.

To those who are from the States or from other country who are reading this some of must be thinking. Hey, How do you Chinese People celebrate New year?

Basically theres 3 days of celebration for chinese new year

1st day is called the Tuan Yuan Fan aka Dinner Gathering for Families Relatives. But the generation now have changed even close friends can join in for the dinner too. If thier parents allow of course because chinese families are very typical in Dinner Gathering.

I don't have photos of the food we are eating but we camwhored :D










2nd Day is called the Bai Nian i don't really know how to translate it but the direct translation is called Praying Year or Well Wishes i don't know ==. So Basically the 2nd Day is we go to our relatives houses to celebrate Chinese New Year we collect Ang Pao/Red packets with money inside, exchanging oranges and eating new year goodies. That's not all we have to follow our Mum's and Dad's Side of Family, So is X2 Collection. Jealous yet? LOL

3rd day is also called the Bai Nian which is actually we are freed to roam around to visit our friends house to collect Red Packets Just like the 2nd day nothing much of the differences

So that's how Chinese New year work.
